Chaudhry Ahmed Yar is a qualified lawyer currently practicing as an Associate Lawyer at Chaudhry & Chaudhry Associates, Islamabad, where he appears before District Courts, Tribunals, and Administrative Forums. He completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons), Cum Laude from Bahria University, Islamabad, with his thesis focusing on the 26th Constitutional Amendment, 2024, and its impact on Pakistan’s judicial system and the trichotomy of powers.
He is currently pursuing an LL.M. in International and Maritime Laws from Bahria University, alongside his legal practice. In addition, he serves as Director, Center for Research in Political Science and International Law, where he oversees research initiatives on constitutional law, jurisprudence, and contemporary policy issues.
During his academic and professional career, he has held several leadership roles, including President of Bahria University Legal Nexus (The Law Society), where he organized legal events, academic initiatives, and awareness programs for law students. He has also worked as a Legislation Intern at the National Assembly of Pakistan, gaining practical exposure to parliamentary procedures and legislative drafting.
Chaudhry Ahmed Yar is currently working on several legal publications in the fields of constitutional law, corporate law, and public policy. His future goals include further strengthening his expertise in international, maritime, and constitutional law through advanced legal education and professional practice, while contributing meaningfully to the legal profession in Pakistan.
